I have spent more than 20 years in leadership roles across healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit organizations, where I have designed, launched, and scaled mental health programs with a focus on serving historically underserved populations, LGBTQIA2S+ communities, and survivors of violence. I focus on creating spaces where real conversations happen, knowledge and skills are strengthened, and meaningful change follows.

I hold a Master of Social Welfare from UCLA and have held leadership roles at Planned Parenthood and UCLA, where I directed mental health and victim advocacy programs. My work has always been shaped by a commitment to equity, community, and the belief that healing is both a personal and political act.
