About
I am a licensed clinical social worker, trainer, and speaker whose work is rooted in a simple but radical belief: you deserve care that sees and affirms all of you. As a queer Arab American, mixed-race therapist, I bring both lived experience and over two decades of professional expertise to the work of healing, identity, and community building.
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ people, BIPOC individuals, and women who are navigating the intersections of identity, trauma, and systemic oppression. I understand what it means to move through a world that wasn't built with you in mind, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where that reality is not only acknowledged but centered. I offer an affirming, intersectional, and emotionally safe space to heal from trauma, explore identity, and move toward more authentic, fulfilling lives.
Beyond therapy, I have spent more than 20 years designing and facilitating programming across community organizations, healthcare systems, and universities. I focus on creating spaces where real conversations happen, communities are strengthened, and real change follows.
Whether I am in the therapy room, on a stage, or working on developing community-based programming, I show up the same way: warm, direct, deeply human, and unwaveringly committed to healing and community building.
